1. Returns

• We accept returns within [3/8] days of delivery.
• The painting must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at  ashok33@kalabaagartstudio.com  with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within [8] business days to the original payment method.
• Non-refundable items: Custom or commissioned paintings cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within [1] days with photos of the damage.
• We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges unless the painting was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within [1] hours of purchase.
• Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• Packaging: Each artwork is professionally packed by Kalabaag using a premium, standardized protection process.
• Materials: Created using high-grade oil/acrylic paints on luxury linen canvas for museum-quality durability.
• Artist Signature: Signed on the back by default; front signature at the lower right is available upon request.
